Food-borne zoonosis from pigs in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal

From 2007 to 2010, a cross-sectional servey was conducted in pig slaughterhouses of the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. 

 

The seroprevalence of Trichinella spp., Taenia solium, and Toxoplasma gondii. was estimated to assess the risk of food-borne zoonotic infection from pig consumption.
